1. Commission for Travel Agents:
- Chic Rides offers commissionable base rates for travel agents, allowing them to earn commissions on booked services.
2. Mileage-Based Pricing:
- Pricing is based on mileage, particularly for rides exceeding 100 miles in one direction. Mileage charges apply if no negotiated transfer rate is in place.
3. Gratuity and Additional Charges:
- A recommended 15% gratuity per driver is suggested.
- Additional charges for Tax, fuel, tolls, parking, driver lodging, and per diem may apply.
4. No Additional Ride Charges:
- Chic Rides includes rest stops, food breaks, and hotel stays in the overall pricing, with no extra charges for these elements.
5. Hourly Charges for Extended Stops:
- Extended off-route stops may incur additional hourly charges.
6. International City-to-City Transfers:
- Contact Chic Rides directly for personalized pricing and arrangements.
7. Second Chauffeur Flat Fee:
- Flat fee varies based on the length of the trip.
8. Cancellation Policies:
- Within NYC: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before.
- Over 50 miles: Cancel 6 hours in advance without fees.
- 600+ miles: 24-hour notice needed.
- Outside these windows, cancellations will incur the full charge of the booked service.
9. Refusal of Service:
- Chic Rides reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliance with terms and conditions.
10. Refunds:
- Processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
11. No-Show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up may be charged the full fare.
12. Special Events and Packages:
- Policies for special events, packages, or promotions communicated at booking.
13. Force Majeure:
- Adjustments to the cancellation policy may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
14. Client Responsibility:
- - Report errors promptly for resolution.
- - Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- - Provide accurate information during the reservation process.
- - Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
- - A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn, and a sanitation fee of $250.00 will apply.
- - Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines resulting from violations will be paid for by the customer.

- - Standing through the sunroof is illegal. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines, and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
- - The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
15. The company's liability:
- The company is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
- The driver reserves the right to terminate the run without refund in case of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- The company is not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.).
- The company shall not be held liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
16. Changes to Reservations:
- Chic Rides may make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt client notification.
